Both are correct
If it makes a problem, only keep "e saozneg".

I am announcing here that, due to the practical inexistence of an active sysop here and the current amount of pages that need cleanup/deletion, I am requesting temporary adminship for Implijer:Bianchi-Bihan. This user is very active here, speaks the Breton language, seems to act responsibly and hence is a good candidate to do that cleanup.

I'm not sure he'll do the cleanup though. Unfortunately it's seems that the active sysop has left the project for the moment due to difficulties to collaborate with that user and so prefer to give up and leave the ground. As far as I'm concerned I don't have enough time to get further involved in it either, which I strongly regret as I must state that too few collaborators lead to dreadful quarrels for projetcs. No, I was talking about Yun who did most of the job on this project since the beginning. As for myself I'm a Sysop here and on Wikipedia but I mainly concentrate myself in maintaining the interface on translatwiki now (and some job on Omegawiki, once in a while).
